Ondari (“the app”) is made by Lousy Luck Games. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

License agreement

Your use of Ondari is governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), which applies to all apps downloaded from the App Store. These terms supplement that agreement; where they conflict, the Standard EULA controls the licensing of the app itself.

Ondari Pro

Ondari Pro is a single, one-time non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks watermark-free exports, all game modes, and an unlimited library of saved worlds. It is not a subscription and does not recur. Purchases, restores, and any refunds are handled by Apple under the Standard EULA and the App Store Terms.

Your content

Clips, photos, and worlds you create with Ondari are yours. The app runs entirely on your device; we don’t host, collect, or claim any rights to what you make. You are responsible for anything you choose to share.

Acceptable use

Please use Ondari lawfully and don’t attempt to reverse engineer, tamper with, or disrupt the app beyond what the Standard EULA permits.

No warranty

Ondari is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lousy Luck Games is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits rights Apple’s Standard EULA grants you.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always lives on this page with its “last updated” date.
